Segovia, David Rubinstein's first work for guitar, is based on the composer's impressions of Andrés Segovia's performances. The writing is chromatic and intimate in style, and makes use of a tambour effect at the end of the piece. It was published by Columbia Guitar, Inc. in 1993 and is available from Theodore Presser.
